The big shave has arrived!


I'd like to give a huge thanks to everyone who donated and supported the cause, as together we raised over $3000 across 50+ contributors for Lifeline Adelaide!

The funds raised will be contributed back into supporting the South Australian community with mental health services and crisis support. 

Please continue to look after yourself and reach out to friends and family, as we continue the open discussion of mental health and suicide prevention.

Help support Lifeline Adelaide's work for Suicide Prevention

"Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44 years of age." 
(Black Dog Institute, 2017)

 As a metaphor for letting go and rebirth, I am shaving my head on World Suicide Prevention Day on the 10th September to raise funds for Lifeline Adelaide.

Lifeline Adelaide provides 24/7 crisis support services, suicide prevention programs, and mental health services for our community. 

All funds raised will go directly to Lifeline Adelaide, meaning you will be supporting the local community around you, from friends and family to strangers in the street.

For those unable to donate monetarily, please share this fundraiser, direct people to Lifeline Adelaide’s services, or even just ask a friend how they are doing.
