Throughout the 24/25 financial year, our Crisis Supporters answered 36,832 calls from people in distress. December remains our busiest month, as loneliness, grief and family stress often come into sharper relief over the holidays.

Amid the noise of holiday gatherings, Crisis Supporters like Jenul are here to answer the call for help- day or night, every day of the year. What keeps him going, he says, is the belief that "No one should have to face their hardest moments alone."
